PRIZM Creative Community is a non-profit 501 (c. ) (3) created to inspire and encourage artistic expression in literary and visual arts from students to professional, and to bring to our communities the cultural enrichment of the arts. Opportunities include low cost education such as workshops, lectures, & demonstrations, juried & non-juried exhibitions, charitable public service opportunities, vendor discounts & resource library, studio time, & networking of artists and patrons.  |

Prizm members work together with their time and talents to sponsor and participate in exhibition opportunities. Once a year we sponsor Art-A-Fair, a large juried exhibition in the spring of the year. Art-A-Fair 2010 will be held at the Toledo Lucas County Main Library Gallery during the months of May and June. There are also other opportunities such as participating in our “Art in Public Places Program,” which places mini-shows at various locations around town. To see current opportunities for exhibitions check the latest version of the newsletter in the archives. The Calendar will feature key dates and times for delivery, opening reception and pick up dates. Various shows usually have a volunteer chairperson(s) who becomes organizer. Volunteers are always needed for hospitality, installation and other duties. Many hands make light work, and working together we can do great things!
